DAVID NOVOSEL, February 27, 1955 - May 15, 2009 - As Co-Founder, CEO, CTO and President for Novocell Semiconductor, David Novosel spearheaded the initial development of the company’s CMOS solutions and services by specializing in non-volatile memories. An industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in high performance memory design, Mr. Novosel designed numerous Flash, EEPROM/EPROM, SRAM and DRAM devices for Motorola, ST Microelectronics, AMD, Lattice Semiconductor, and Ramtron. Prior to co-founding Novocell, he founded a leading custom memory design services firm, Intelligent Micro Design in 1996.

Mr. Novosel earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Youngstown State University. In his career, David had 12 US patents granted in memory circuit techniques and currently has several patents pending.
